Robert Woods / Founder

Brings 28 years of success in consumer goods, global sourcing, and supply chain oversight to the mix of outstanding talent at VBP. His senior executive roles with iconic global brands such as Nike, Converse, Adidas, and Northstar have honed their industry expertise with a proven record of success. Robert serves on advisory boards for several private organizations, including JEMS, an entity of the Pensole Footwear Design Academy.

Jim Stroesser / Co-Founder & CEO, Cali-Strong

VBP board member and executive advisor, an ultra-exclusive sports brand of apparel, footwear, and equipment have 35 years of global consumer branding experience in sports, fashion, and entertainment, with senior management positions at Nike, Quicksilver, Oakley, LA Gear, and other major consumer goods entities.

Senior Brand Manager

Highly skilled Senior Product Developer & Manger with 10 years of experience in the footwear industry. He has a demonstrated history in Product Design & Direction, Sourcing, Packaging, and overall Product Line Direction.

Curtis Langford

Senior Brand Manager

High-achieving product development manager with 14+ years of experience in the footwear industry.  Prior to joining VBP, Jerica spearheaded one of the largest and fastest growing divisions at Skechers during her tenure overseeing and developing all SMU product for all countries.  Her senior role brought massive success with the company’s international business, specifically with the China Joint Venture partners with rapid growth in China, Hong Kong, Korea, and Southeast Asia.  She worked directly with the China Joint Venture team to develop and help create product, in addition to collaborations exclusive to Asia.

Charles DIviney has carved a distinguished career in the footwear and apparel industry, highlighted by impactful roles at New Balance, Polar, and Nike, where innovative brand management and strategic market engagement have been hallmarks of success. Adept in communication and relationship building, Charles excels in aligning brand values with consumer expectations to foster sustainable business growth. With extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business planning, specializing in new market development, Charles has a proven track record of driving profitability through strategic partnerships and deep product knowledge.
